Raul House is a home weekend, located in the hills surrounding Lake Aculeo, 60 kilometers from Santiago.
is a family program that takes place in a level in a sort of continuous space that seeks to provide breadth and flexibility.
The work is located on the side of a steep hill with excellent views in 180 degrees from east to west with In view of the lake and the Andes in the background.
rectangular floor plan features a covered terrace to the north and east in order to take advantage of these views protected from sun and rain in any season.
Its construction is made with basic materials and technology, as the low budget was a major topic when projecting. Its structure is or mixed, using piles base concrete, steel and wood for the rest. All the interior is pine, plywood plates using it as a draw.
is dark exterior to blend with the landscape while the inside is white to increase brightness.
