Located next to the beach , the project is divided into 2 semi-detached houses, divided into 2 volumes of how to better fit the geometry of the field and also to give the top-level direct visual relationship with the landscape.
volumetric approach represents a shift from 2 floors which distributes the collective and social areas in the lower deck in the upper left private spaces.
Revealing texture and natural color, both inside and outside are adapted to humid coastal climate.
